How Booking Works for ETS Travel
ETS packages are sold based on occupancy, not room type. When you select a package, you’re choosing how many people will occupy the room — not whether the room contains one bed, two beds or another specific configuration.
ETS no longer accepts group bookings. Each person must create a profile and manage their booking individually (exceptions may be made for married individuals). Everyone sharing a room must book the same occupancy package, complete required payments according to the schedule, and list roommates on their profile to ensure proper room assignment.
Room requests can be submitted, but specific room types, bed configurations, locations or views cannot be guaranteed. Upgrades will be available for purchase prior to the trip dates.
Every individual must have a separate WeTravel account. No group bookings accepted.

Payment Schedule
A $250 deposit secures your spot. Up to nine (9) installments may be due based on the schedule provided at booking — payments are due on or before the third Friday of each month, beginning in August. Your exact amounts depend on your package and are shown when you book.

Late payments: There is no option to secure via deposit now and pay later — ETS has obligations to meet to ensure a quality experience. Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation. The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booking officially launched on August 1, 2026. ETS trips are known to sell out, so book as soon as you can. A deposit of $250 is due at the time of booking.
Tulum International Airport (TQO) or Cancún International Airport (CUN).
Yes. A valid U.S. passport is required for travel to Mexico. Check your expiration date.
We’ll be staying at one of Tulum’s incredible resort properties. To maintain the exclusive ETS experience, the resort name will be shared closer to the trip.
