What does my payment include?
The booking site only has an option for 4 nights, what if I only want to stay 3?
You are welcome to arrive on Friday or depart on Sunday.
However, for this destination, we are only offering the 4 night stay at the low prices shown! Do you really want to miss out on any of the parties anyway?

How old do you need to be to attend ETS?
21 years or older.
Is there cell phone service in Colombia?
Yes and WiFi too. Check with your phone service provider for additional information on coverage and rates.
What Airport do I fly into?
Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG) – a short shuttle ride to the hotel property.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, there is an initial deposit payment of $100. A structured payment plan will be provided upon booking & all parties must be paid in full by April 30, 2025. Bookings can be managed individually or as a group. However, payments must be made timely to avoid cancellation. We have obligations to meet in order for you to have the best of the best.
When is the deadline to secure my place for ETS ’25?
There is no deadline as such, however, there are limited spaces for this trip and it is in your best interest to secure your place with us as soon as possible. Once we’re sold out, you can join the waitlist. Booking Starts July 1, 2024!
Where are we staying?
One of the most amazing hotel properties along the Colombian coastline. The name of the resort is shared 30 days prior to the event after the paid-in-full date.

How much can I expect to spend per day?
That depends on your financial situation and traveling style. It is also subjective to your wants, desires, and must-do activities while there in Colombia.
BudgetYourTrip.com suggests a minimum of $45 per day.
How much are excursions?
The average excursion cost $75 per person
What will be the ETS itinerary for the wknd?
The exact schedule is set a few weeks before the event starts. As soon as the itinerary is set, you will receive it by email and be able to view it online.
