Frequently Asked Questions

What does my package include?

Hotel accommodations (4 nights), airport transfers, limited meals, access to all official events, transportation to any off-site events and an unforgettable experience.

Is this trip going to be lit?

You’re really asking us that? In the words of Bo Weezy, we’re here for a good time, not a long time. Proceed accordingly!

How old do I need to be to attend ETS?

All guests must be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel.

Where is ETS 2027 headed?

We’re taking over beautiful Tulum, Mexico! Expect stunning beaches, amazing culture, incredible food, and the perfect setting for another epic ETS experience.

Which airport should I fly into?

Tulum International Airport (TQO) or Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Do I need a passport?

Yes. A valid U.S. passport is required for travel to Mexico. Check your expiration date.

When should I book?

Booking officially launches on August 1, 2026. ETS trips are known to sell out, so stay tuned and book as soon as you can. Deposit of $250 is due at the time of booking.

Is my deposit refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Can I make payments?

Absolutely. ETS offers payment plans to make costs more manageable. A deposit secures your spot, and the remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking.

Just keep in mind, there is no option to secure via deposit now and pay later. ETS has obligations to meet to ensure a quality experience. Unpaid installment plans are subject to cancellation.

Where are we staying?

We’ll be staying at one of Tulum’s incredible resort properties. To maintain the exclusive ETS experience, the resort name will be shared closer to the trip.

What’s the itinerary for the weekend?

There is no itinerary. You may come and go as you please. However, we usually drop the event themes in late January.  Updates are sent by email and posted to our social media.

How much money should I bring?

That depends on you. Some guests are perfectly happy lounging poolside, while others want excursions, shopping, nightlife, and every taco they can find. Budget accordingly.

What should I pack for Tulum?
