If your trip is paid in full, the deposit will be deducted from the total paid based on the date of the refund request, in accordance with the timeline below.  

  • Cancellations made on or before September 30th, guest(s) will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations made October 1st through November 30th, guest(s) will receive a 75% refund, excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations made December 1st through January 31st, guest(s) will receive a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
  • There will be NO refunds for cancellations made on/after February 1st.

If a cancellation is needed after February,  please feel free to sell your room within our Facebook Group, or to another responsible party that would like to join the travel group.

Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability.

Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation. 

No refunds will be issued for NO SHOWS regardless of transportation issues due to illness, death, canceled, or delayed flights, and/or problems with any other means of transportation. Please protect your trip with optional travel insurance.
