CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL INITIAL DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

Cancellations requested prior to March 1st will be considered for a partial refund, less the deposit amount paid based on total payment on file at the time of the request following the schedule below:

• On or before September 30th – Full refund of paid amount, excluding initial deposit amount.
• October 1st – December 31st – 75% refund of paid amount, excluding the deposit.
• January 1st – February 28th – 50% refund of paid amount, excluding the deposit.
• On/After March 1st – No refunds for late cancellations. 

Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability. Please email all changes for approval (include all parties involved) to info@etsreloaded.com.

Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation. 

No refunds will be issued for NO SHOWS regardless of transportation issues due to illness, death, canceled, or delayed flights, and/or problems with any other means of transportation. We encourage you to protect your trip with an optional travel insurance policy.
